1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.
Nordpack® is a trading name of SEHA Handel (sole trader).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

3. Orders
All orders are placed through our website. Once your order has been successfully placed and payment authorised, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected fraud.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
The total amount payable, including shipping costs, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Processing and Delivery
Processing Time: 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 22:00 (UK time) begin processing the same working day. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next working day.
Delivery Area: United Kingdom only.
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics handling, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers, including Klarna.
Available payment options are displayed at checkout and are subject to approval by the payment provider.
We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
7. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping fee: £4.90 (including VAT).
Free shipping applies to orders over £40.
8. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, you may have rights under UK consumer law.
If your parcel has not arrived or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact support@nordpack.co.uk within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
9. Warranty and Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.
10. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@nordpack.co.uk within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty.
If the entire order is returned within the 14-day cooling-off period, the standard outbound delivery cost will be refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.
If only part of an order is returned, outbound delivery costs are not refundable.
11. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

Receiving proof that the goods have been returned
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
12. Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable return and handling costs reflecting the actual charges incurred.
13. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting support@nordpack.co.uk.
If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
14. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Any matter where liability cannot be excluded under UK law
16. Intellectual Property
All website content is protected by UK and international copyright laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
17. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may seek resolution through appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms in accordance with applicable UK regulations.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
