Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


1. 14-Day Right to Return (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you receive your items.

Returns sent without prior email notification may not be processed.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt

  • Items must be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods

  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Special-order items

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If the entire order is returned within the 14-day cooling-off period, the standard outbound delivery cost will be refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.

Additional costs for express or premium delivery services are non-refundable.

If only part of an order is returned, outbound delivery costs are not refundable.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund (depending on the nature of the issue)

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.


6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that the goods have been returned.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.


7. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
